The true value and benefits of our private cottages is that they are all separate stand alone cottages for your ultimate privacy, there are no shared walls. Our guests tell us having a private quiet cottage provides the ultimate romantic ambiance and value!  

Our cottages are each uniquely decorated in "quaint relaxing cottage style" for your comfort and convenience. We offer both king and queen size beds options with super plush toppers, 2 person jacuzzi's, fireplaces, digital cable TV, DVD and cd players, free WiFi, mini frig's along with other personal travel ammenities. Our cottages all have garden patio sitting areas complete with firepits, cut fire wood and fire starter for the enjoyment of our cool fall and spring evenings. 

Our guests love the private cottage benefits of no wall sharing between other guests and having a private breakfast  delivered to your cottage for a romantic breakfast together (advance arrangements required at check in). But...for a wonderful and fun, often full of laughter morning, join us in the dining room for breakfast in the main house to meet new friends that also love the seasons in Eureka Springs and our quaint cottages.

Go to our booking calendar for weekday, weekend and holiday rates - we continue offer the 2007 rates to help everyone get away in hard economic times! We are open to one night stays, but do not offer discounts other than for military on one night stays due to the increased cleaning costs.
