Packages
Packages are available for the bride and groom or for any special occasion or multiple day stays. Packages are offered to help our guests take the hassel out of travel planning by "packaging" various events, tickets and appointments in advance of your visit. Note: Package pricing will be applied by the innkeeper once your cottage reservation is made. (The on line booking engine will not allow you to put the special or package price into the system. An email with the modified price will be sent to you.) Longer term stays can be discounted for monthly or weekly rates and can include breakfast or be further discounted without breakfast.
Special Occasion packages can be designed to include flowers, champagne, or sweet confections delivered to your room in advance for the most romantic of arrivals along with local event tickets, Old Time Horse Drawn Carriage Rides through the Eureka Springs historic district, fine dinner establishments or a relaxing day at the spa certificates can all be prearranged for your convenience and a worry free stay.

The Popular RCG Elopement Package:
Includes 2 nights in your own private Rock Cottage with a 2 person Jacuzzi, gourmet breakfast with dessert each morning (served in our dining room or delivered to your cottage), a wedding ceremony in our Gardner's Chapel including minister, music, candlelight and pictures (taken with your camera or ours) , 8" decorated 2-layer wedding cake and champagne or apple cider toast. Silk flower bouquets are available for holding for pictures at no charge or for purchase to keep as a lasting momento (please note at booking). Chapel will seat up to 12 people and can accommodate an additional 8 standing guests. There is no charge for guests attending the ceremony. Package also includes either a $50 voucher for a fine dining experience at a local Eureka Springs fine dining establishment or a romantic horse drawn carriage ride on the historic loop. Your price is $445.00 plus tax is valued at standard $558.00 plus tax savings of over $100!. For the ultimate getaway, add a final touch to the honeymoon with a relaxing 1 hour couples massage in your package for an additional $120.00 with our local spa venues. One Night Elopement Package - same as above with only one night stay available ata $315 plus tax. We are offering this one night package for the budget conscious couple wanting one memorable night in Eureka!
"Get it Done" No Lodging Package - This package is for the couple coming to Eureka Springs to get married without all the fan fare, quick and simple. Ceremony (Christian or civil) officiated by local minister, 8" 2 layer wedding cake, toasting champagne or sparkling cider in our Gardner's Wedding Chapel or in our gardens is a budget conscious price of $165. All done in 30 minutes.
Build Your Own Package:
Build your own custom getaway package! At the Rock Cottage Gardens we’re working to help you make every travel dollar count and to provide the package flexibility that provides value to you. Let us know what YOU want and it will be ready when you get here…no fuss and customized to your individual vision of a wonderful visit in Eureka Springs!
- Add $50 for fresh wedding bouquet and $10 each for groom's boutonniere
- Add 8" round or heart shaped decorated wedding cake for $30
- Add 2 toasting glasses for keepsake $10.00
- Add 30 minute Old Time Carriage Ride for two $40 (meet at carriage depot - extra fee for pick up at cottages)
- Add $50.00 certificate at one of our fine dining restaurants in Eureka Springs (several choices)
- Add flowers to room: market price about $40
- Add chocolates to room: $15
- Additional guests including larger cake (2 tier) and additional champagne or apple cider or punch $6.75 per person.
- Add a 1 hour spa massage at $60 per person or request the couples massage.
- Add wine tasting and gallery tour at Keel's Creek Winery $10 per couple; $5 per person
(Note: Ministerial service for wedding and renewal vow ceremonies range from $75 to $100 depending on service)
If you are lodging with us, the main house can be made available for a small 1 hour reception for a nominal $100. The house can accommodate 25 people comfortably. Additional guests and larger parties suitable for indoor/outdoor receptionsin good weather .
Available Package Cakes: We are happy to recreate a cake design from a picture provided to make your cake customized just for you!
