To get a marriage license in Arkansas:

• Each individual must be over 18 years old to get married without parental consent.
• No blood test or waiting period is involved.
• You must show proper ID.
• The forms may be filled out at any county courthouse in the state.

Cost:

A marriage license costs $60. Cash only, exact change.
