Weddings
In our first full year we've done over 35 weddings in our Gardener's Chapel, either as part of the Elopement Package Special or customized celebrations to include a full catered hot buffet in the main house. We've hosted simple and quiet weddings with just the Bride and Groom and up to 60 people to include family & friends that have enjoyed outside events in our gardens with hot and cold buffet. We're willing to customize your event to your style and budget. Just let us know how we can help you make your special day more memorable with a Rock Cottage Gardens Wedding.
With over 37 years of baking experience and 27 years of wedding cake design and catering, we’ll work with you to make your celebration delightful and affordable. We want every couple to get the most value for their dollar and to have the best possible memories of their special day. We have hundreds of pictures of cakes previously made for very happy brides to choose from or bring us a picture of what you want your cake to look like and we’ll recreate it to your specifications and budget. Please see our bakery page for more information on sized, flavors and colors.
Our main cottage house will comfortably seat up to 25 people with additional outside seating for up 40 people on garden grounds. The gardens make a perfect place for your guests to mingle, visit and enjoy the celebration events of your special day. Our chapel is perfect for a small wedding and our patios and floral covered arbors make the perfect setting for a larger outside ceremony. This is perfect for families and gives the attending children a place to “stretch” while the adults enjoy the day. Cake and punch outside in the gardens is a lovely way to wrap up the occasion!
We also partner with other local wedding venues such as the Queen Anne Mansion to provide wedding cakes for parties exceeding 50+ guests. Call us about a complete wedding and floral package to have your wedding party lodge at the Rock Cottages, flowers from Shannon's Creative Florals and a ceremony and reception within a 2 minute drive to the beautiful Queen Anne Mansion venue! What could be more convenient or a more memorable experience?!!??!!
