Private Jacuzzi Bedroom Cottages for Two

Private Bedroom Cottages, never share a wall with another guest. We are COVID sanitizing compliant.  Each uniquely decorated for two people with 2 person Jacuzzi's, showers, mini-frig,  gas fireplaces, Air Conditioning, King or Queen beds, Luxury linens, spa robes, Cable TV, Free WiFi and many more amenities, dedicated off-street parking for each guest, just steps from parking to cottage, complimentary beverages, in room coffee service and much more. Full Breakfast, Continental and Lodging only rates. Cottages do not have cooking facilities. See each cottage pictures below.  

During COVID social distancing requirements, Check in and outs will be "no contact". You cottage keys will be available at your cottage door for your convenience. Check in is between 3PM - 8PM unless otherwise notified. Guests are welcome to come up to the main house wearing facial masks. The RCG staff will be masked and gloved for your safety.

Gardener's Wedding Chapel

During the COVID social distancing requirements, weddings are limited to a total of 10 persons including the minister

Intimate Weddings, Anniversary or Birthday Parties for up to 10 guests. Packages for 1 or more nights for elopements including Chapel or Garden Patio ceremonies & receptions, includes minister, 8" two layer wedding or anniversary cake, toasting champagne, 2 Rock Cottage logo toasting flutes and we'll take pictures!  Weddings are scheduled between 12 noon and 7 pm on most days, exceptions for special occasions can be made.  Basic lodging & wedding packages for 1 or 2 days range from $390 - $585 plus tax. Non lodging ceremonies available by calling

Gourmet Breakfast Service

During the COVID virus restriction process, breakfast trays will be delivered to the cottages. We will not be serving breakfast in the main house due to social distancing requirements enforced by the State of Arkansas. 

Breakfast Options;  Our lite breakfast or continental muffin basket, fresh fruit salad and juice will be delivered to the privacy of your cottage.  Our full  dining room is temporarily unavailable due to social distancing requirements. 

Sleeping in? We have a no breakfast rate for the ultimate relaxation & privacy. We have options for every kind of getaway! Breakfast is typically served between 8 - 9:30 am to accommodate guest schedules. We also offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and keto options on request.

What you probably don't know....

WE ARE REOPENING ON MAY 14TH BY THE LIFTING OF RESTRICTION FROM THE STATE OF ARKANSAS!  BASED ON THE LOCAL SITUATION AND GUIDANCE FOR LODGING BUSINESS MANDATED BY THE STATE OF ARKANSAS, WE ARE COMPLIANT WITH ALL GUIDANCE FOR SANITATION AND DISINFECTION PROCESSES.  RESERVATIONS CAN STILL BE MADE FOR FUTURE DATES WITH NO ADVANCE CHARGING OR DEPOSITS; THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION CHARGES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS SITUATION.  All reservations made through Booking.com or Expedia will now have a mandatory 25% cancellation fee because they will be charging us their 20% commission fee plus credit card fees for all cancellations. They have a published statement that basically says "guests are now well informed about the virus situation and should not expect to cancel free of charge due to the known risk". They are feeling the pain that the individual innkeeper feels with last minute cancellations and the inability to pay their employees. Please book direct with us to avoid any cancellation fees 72 hours prior to arrival.

Reviews

We love getting reviews from our guests - we appreciate that you take the time to let us know how we did during your lodging visit with us, it helps make us better. But did you know that...


1) Lodging Apps:   Some of these lodging websites misrepresent that we don't have rooms available. Not true! Please call us or go to our bed and breakfast website directly to check our availability and without reviews. These websites employ tactics to drop our ranking as a way to pressure us to spend more money on their  marketing campaigns. This is very costly for a small business and takes away from our ability to provide more services. Please call direct and keep small businesses in business. 


2) Review Websites:  We need reviews to survive but every one of these  review websites has their own "ranking calculation"...there's no such thing as apples to apples comparison across these websites, so please read what the guests actually write.  Do you know that these review websites do not even physically see the property or experience the service? They have no idea what they are rating.  If you have a problem with your stay, let the innkeeper know directly. Just one negative post has more impact than 10 good ones...and it may have be an issue that the guest never mentioned that could have been easily rectified.  Small businesses are either operated by the owner alone or with one local employee, an inconsiderate comment can be devastating - we're not the Hilton Garden Inn with unlimited resources. 


3) OTA's - "other travel agencies" (Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnb, etc) do not equally represent all properties...you may often see "last room available at this price" or "best price available"....This is usually not true, please call the property directly by going to the inn website directly. The telephone numbers on these booking  sites are not the inn telephone number - its a number they assign to track how many calls we get through their website...and they use these numbers to raise the listing fees every year. The big hotel brands are finally fighting back  now and are no longer offering reward points on these bookings. Little businesses are being pressured to lower prices to the point that any specials or extras will soon be eliminated and B&B's will become common motels...it'll be the death of more "mom & pop" shops.  Please call direct. Once you make a reservation through these booking agencies, we can no longer provide discounts or complimentary extras - we've already lost our profit. 


4) Rankings:  Did you know that if we don't have "fresh" or current reviews weekly - these review websites automatically start dropping our rankings....followed by marketing calls to spend more money on advertising campaigns with them.  This is money that could better be spent on new bedspreads, towels and room upgrades.  Read what the guests have said and call us direct please. 


5) Commissions:  It's the Proverbial Middleman! When you make a reservation with OTA's or travel agencies,  they are quoting you our published rates from our website. They take a 18-20% commission from us. You are not paying any less than what you would pay us directly. Once a reservation is made with an OTA,  we cannot change or update your reservation and we cannot offer our military or other discounts.  They cannot offer you free stuff from us like they advertise and you have to work through them to get your money back or cancel. We all lose time and money. 


We appreciate your reviews on these websites, but please call us or go to our websites to make your reservations. Keep the money in the pockets of the small business owner so we can maintain and improve our inns and keep local people employed - please help keep the  dream job alive!
