Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to arrival except during peak season.
Payment will be deducted 72 hours prior to arrival.
When booking mulitple rooms a 50% non-refundabe deposit is required
All Cottages are non-smoking. There will be a $1,000 fee for any cottage that is found to have been smoked in.
